Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tarsheed Academy website, mobile application, or WhatsApp Business services operated by Tarsheed Academy.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Tarsheed Academy, 74/B/1, 6D, Kallyanpur, Rd 14, Mirpur, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh.
• Service refers to the Website, mobile application, and WhatsApp Business messaging services.
• Website refers to Tarsheed Academy, accessible from https://tarsheed.academy
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
• WhatsApp Services means messages sent and received via WhatsApp Business API for course updates, seminar reminders, and support.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. WhatsApp Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number or messaging Tarsheed Academy on WhatsApp, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive messages from Tarsheed Academy via WhatsApp, including template messages like seminar reminders, course materials, and support replies.
• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or emailing us at [email protected].
• Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Meta Processing: Messages are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. per WhatsApp Business Terms. We do not control WhatsApps encryption.

4. Courses and Payments

All course fees are listed in BDT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at time of enrollment via our approved payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed course materials. WhatsApp seminar fees are non-refundable once the reminder is sent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tarsheed Academy. Course materials may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To spam, phish, or send unsolicited messages to other users
• To impersonate Tarsheed Academy or our instructors
• To upload viruses or malicious code

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tarsheed Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the new Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email.
